Even you don't want to pay tax our intelligent government will take it. Only mian nawaz shareef, zardari and their party people are exempted (Actually they don't work but they look busy) all others have to pay. Even you don't work still you have to buy gas, pay electricity bill so don't worry even you don't want still you have to pay. But this is really insane that bicycle is 80,000 or may be that is expensive (imported with all those gears stuff). Here in USA some bicycles (Releigh) are $2000 or more (180,000 in Pak rupees). May be mr bialwal (chota zardari) bought that in UK and that Officer got a call from president to sign on that bill.
