Zulfiqar Mirza is responsible and he must resign not only from ministry but also from Sindh assembly.
These are the people who deserve not only the jootas but also the most severe punishment humanly possible. At the moment only question arise is that if these people will be brought to justice or like always most of them will go free upon political pressure. In my opinion Zulfiqar Mirza is responsible for all the disaster since he is the interior minister and he didn't authorize any action against these culprits for two hours.

Zulfiqar Mirza is a shameless guy – needs a bamboo in his ass.
According to Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) 153 A (a), whoever “by words, either spoken or written, or by signs, or by visible representations or otherwise, promotes or incites, or attempts to promote or incite, on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, caste or community or any other ground whatsoever, disharmony or feelings of enmity, hatred or ill-will between different religious, racial, language or regional groups or castes or communities” shall be fined or imprisoned for up to one year or both.
We are going from here, no where. Already everything is at the verge of destruction in pakistan and this statement came at the time when karchi is at the verge of fire already.
Just listen this physcopath mirza staement he dont know half of the punjab is Mohajir, all the people who migrated from india million settled in Punjab and others came to sindh.Inzamam ul HAq and his family is the key excample.
This is Peoples Party when ever they came they brought destruction or nothing, looting the countr assets, Kidnapping, extortion, and etc. After B.B this party has completly lost, no dispiline, these poeple in the time of B.B treat as a dog and one cannot imagine that they will get the councilor seat in PPP.

Dr. Zulfiqar Mirza, Pakistan’s ZeemLeaks, has rattled one and all in Pakistan. Playing to the gallery, with his hand on the Quran, or holding it on his head, he raved and ranted. He spared the chosen few, whom he had met, before unleashing his wrath. This makes one wonder, was this all preplanned? Was he nominated to bell the cat(s)?
What brought it on? Was it the early morning raid in Lyari where a huge cache of arms and ammunition was found by the Rangers? When he was in power, why didn’t he do something then? Did he spend all his times stashing away ‘papers’ to be used at his convenience? Now that all the channels are discussing him and his Zeemleaks, will anything happen.
